The Salt Pond Community overlooks a mid-length, executive 18-hole golf public course (rates and tee times can be reserved at the pro shop). The Salt Pond community includes an outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool), tennis, sand volleyball, and basketball courts, plus a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool and spa (seasonal) and fitness equipment.
At home, start the day with coffee on your sunny deck, or grab a good book from the many on hand and relax in the sunroom. Inside, you’ll find abundant natural light, traditional furnishings, and an open layout, ideal for spending time together. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dual oven, and lots of countertop workspace. Grab a bite together, then head outdoors for adventures. In the garage, you’ll find two kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, and both adult’s and children’s bikes, so you can explore by water or wheels. If you’re going to the beach, don’t forget to grab the beach chairs and umbrella.
After a day out, relax at home in the central air-conditioning if it’s warm, or snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on chilly nights. Entertainment options include four streaming-capable TVs, a DVD player, free cable, and board games. Remote workers will especially appreciate the free high-speed WiFi.
